High School Athletes - Season II (November 2016 - May 2017) 

Requirements - Season II includes Indoor Conditioning & Competition and Outdoor Regatta Season 

 

Before an athlete can practice:

  • Rowers Returning from Season I
    1. Online Registration completed by November 12, 2016
    2. Full Payment Received or Payments Received According to Payment Schedule Listed Below
      • Checks Payable to Pine-Richland Crew
      • Mail Payments to P.O. Box 170, Gibsonia, PA 15044
    3. Performance Bond (see details on the Volunteer Obligations page):  $250 check payable to Pine-Richland Crew dated June 1, 2017.
  • New Novice Rowers 
    1. Online Registration must be completed by November 12, 2016
    2. Full Payment Received or Payments Received According to Payment Schedule Listed Below
      • Checks Payable to Pine-Richland Crew
      • Mail Payments to P.O. Box 170, Gibsonia, PA 15044
    3. Physical Packet must be on file in the PRSD Athletic Office.
    4. Performance Bond (see details on the Volunteer Obligations page):  $250 check payable to Pine-Richland Crew dated June 1, 2017. One check per family.
    5. The Registration Packet must be read & signed.  Packet includes:
      • Release of Liability
      • Rower Code of Conduct
      • Parent/Player Policy
      • Liability Release Form & Financial Responsibility Commitment
    6. Swim Waiver

Before an athlete can compete (indoor sprints and regattas):

  • USRowing individual membership and waiver must be up-to-date, PR crew club code is YXP33

 

Season II Payment Schedule

High School Rowers 

Initial payment [$325] must be made in full by November 12, 2016. A request for a refund must be made within the first two weeks of the first day of practice for a season [December 2, 2016]. After that timeframe, refunds will not be paid for any rower that decides not to continue on the team for the season, for any reason.

Final payment [$325] must be included with the registration due November 12, 2016 but can be post dated to February 1, 2017. Any request for a refund must be made by February 15, 2017. After that timeframe, refunds will not be paid for any rower that decides not to continue on the team for that season, for any reason.
