Season I 2017 (August - November) - All Rowers (Middle School & High School)

 

Before an athlete can practice:

  1. Online Registration must be completed during the Registration Period 

  2. Full Payment Received or payments received according to the payment schedule listed below.

    • Checks payable to Pine-Richland Crew

    • Mail Payments to PR Crew, Attention: Registration, P.O. Box 170, Gibsonia, PA 15044

  3. Physical Packet must be on file in the PRSD Athletic Office by August 7th, 2017.  Click Here.

  4. Performance Bond:  $250 check payable to Pine-Richland Crew (one check per family) post-dated November 1, 2017.        For details see Volunteer Obligations. 

  5. The Registration Packet must be read & signed.  Click Here. 

    • Release of Liability - US Rowing

    • Rower Code of Conduct

    • Parent/Player Policy

    • Liability Release Form & Financial Responsibility Commitment

  6. Swim Test

    • Rowers to take Swim Test - to be scheduled in August 2017 or by a certified Life Guard/Instructor.   Click Here.

 

Before an athlete can compete (indoor sprints and regattas):

  • USRowing individual membership and waiver must be up-to-date, PR crew club code is YXP33.  Click Here.

 

Payment schedule for High School Season 1:

Option 1:  Payment in Full at time of Registration

Option 2:  Payment in three (3) installments:

  • $200 due with Registration (June, 2017)

  • $200 post dated July 15, 2017

  • $175 post dated August 15, 2017

  • All checks must be submitted with registration and will not be cashed until they are actually due. 

Payment schedule for Middle School Development Season 1:

Option 1:  Payment in Full at time of Registration

Option 2: Payment in two (2) installments:

  • $125 due with Registration (June, 2017)

  • $125 post dated August 15, 2017

  • All checks must be submitted with registration and will not be cashed until they are actually due.

Payment must be made in full by the start of the season 08/15/2017. Rowers will not be allowed to particpate until all registration materials and payments have been received.  A request for a refund must be made within the first two weeks of practice for the season. After that timeframe, refunds will not be paid for any rower that decides not to continue on the team for that season.
