Season I 2017-2018 Volunteer Obligations
 
Each family is required to provide a performance bond check for EACH season (Season I is August - November; Season II is November - June). Your check will not be cashed IF the following obligations are met:  
 
 

High School Season I 2017-2018  (these are minimum requirements - doing more is always appreciated!)

          Sell four or more tickets for our Fall Fundraiser, Bingo! - November 18 th, 2017

Please note: Your attendance is key to our fundraiser success! If you cannot attend, please sell or give your tickets to friends or family that will be able to attend.

Sell 10 hoagies for Fall Hoagie Sale, October 2017

          Volunteer time / Raffle Baskets

The volunteer time requirement can be met in many ways:  Serve in a Board position, chair a fundraiser, pull the boat trailer or chuck wagon to/from a regatta or be a grub master for a regatta.

In lieu of volunteer time, you can donate a gift basket (value of at least $75) for a raffle at the fall fund raising event. 

 

Middle School Season I 2017-2018

NEW for 2017-2018 Registration: 
The performance bond check will be held to cover your volunteer obligations and unpaid regatta expenses (High School only).  If a family has not met their volunteer obligations or has any outstanding regatta expenses from the season, PR Crew will cash the performance bond check.  Reminder: Performance Bond checks should be dated November 1, 2017 for the Season I and May 15, 2018 for Season II.
