Dear PR Crew Families,
It’s time for BINGO! Our annual fall fundraiser is
Saturday, November 18th, 2017
Doors open at 6 pm and first BINGO game starts at 7pm
Each family is required to sell 6 tickets at $20 each.
Each ticket admits one and includes dinner, refreshments and 1 (one) 1x3 Regular Bingo game card.
Additional Regular and Special Bingo game cards will be available for purchase. This event is BYOB and cash prizes will be award, therefore, all guests must be 18 years or older to attend. Tickets must be presented atdoor.
In addition to fun games of Bingo, we will have a Gift Basket Raffle and 50/50 Raffle.
Please consider donating a complete Gift Basket with a $75 minimum value or items to fill a basket.
Some basket themes ideas are Holiday Cheer, Lottery Tree, Night Out, Pamper Me, Wine and Spirits. Be creative, we will welcome any Gift Basket theme. (If you have not fulfilled your fall season volunteer time, the donation of a competed gift basket will ensure that your bond check will not be cashed.) For this fundraiser to be successful, it depends on not only selling your required tickets but attending the event. As a Thank You for supporting this event, if all 6 tickets are used for attendance at Bingo, your family will receive 5 Gift Basket Raffle Tickets and a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card.
